PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health information management server which allows a plurality of medical institutions to share health information while protecting privacy of users.

SOLUTION: A health information management server 20 for receiving and managing health information related to users' physical conditions is provided with a health information database 220 wherein health information are stored correspondingly to user identification information and users' biological information for authenticating users, a user determination part 204 which receives user identification information and biological information from medical institution terminals of medical institutions to determine whether the received user identification information and biological information have been stored in the health information database correspondingly to each other or not at user's utilizing medical institutions, and a health information transmission part 206 which transmits health information to the medical institution terminals when the user determination part determines that the received user identification information and biological information have been stored correspondingly to each other.
