PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily record contents on a recording medium by returning to the first part of the contents while reproducing/outputting the contents such as music data and video data. SOLUTION: When a remote control part 31 makes a reproduction instruction, a headphone 30 compresses, encrypts and records an analog reproduced signal for music data outputted from a device main body 54 on a memory card 2 while outputting the analog reproduced signal to loudspeakers 1 and 3. If the remote control part 31 makes a recording instruction from the start of the recording until the device main body 34 supplies a delimiter signal showing the break of a piece of music of the music data, the headphone part 30 records a cryptographic key used to encrypt the piece on the memory card 2 after completing the piece recording on the memory card 2. Unless the remote control part 31 makes the recording instruction from the start of reproduction until the device main body 34 supplies a delimiter signal showing the break of the piece of the music, the headphone part 30 eliminates the data of the piece of the music recorded on the memory card.
