PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish better image processing even when scopes different in the type are used by sharing power source wires and signal lines. SOLUTION: One coaxial cable 10 is arranged between the scope A and a processor unit B. In the scope A, an image signal is overlapped onto a power supply source of the coaxial cable 10 while a scope information signal onto it during the blanking period following the first horizontal line signal in the first field of the image signal with a waveform overlapping circuit 17, and in the processor unit B, an electronic shutter control signal is overlapped onto it during the blanking period of the first horizontal line signal in the second field of the image signal. Thus, in the processor unit B, image processing is carried out correspondingly to the scope characteristics, and in the scope A, the brightness of the images is well-maintained by an electronic shutter control.
