PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detecting circuit detecting current flowing in a line with a voltage fluctuation such as PWM activated voltage with a good response while assuring precision and linearity. SOLUTION: A resister is inserted in a current line, the voltage of both ends of the resister is amplified by an amplifier 2. The amplified voltage is converted into current by a voltage-current converter 3. A floating power supply 4 supplies power to the amplifier 2 and to the voltage-current converter 3, and its common potential line is connected to one terminal of the resister. A signal converted into current is converted again by a current-voltage converter 5 into a voltage, and a detecting output is obtained. By this method, the circuit without receiving influence of PWM noise can be constituted. Thereby the current detecting circuit excellent in the response, precision and linearity is obtained.
