PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind tunnel test device capable of precisely predicting responses such as displacement of a base isolated building provided with an isolator and a damper etc. against wind. SOLUTION: In this wind tunnel test device, a building model 1 similar to a real building is mounted on a supporting stand 10 provided with a spring 15, supporting frames 11a-14b, a supporting base 16 having an air nozzle 17, a damper experiment model 20 and a supporting implement 18. Each side of a floor plate 2 of the building model 1 is horizontally supported with two extension springs 15 as an isolator experiment model, and the building model 1 is supported in a vertical direction with the air pressure of the nozzle 17 of the supporting base 16. As a damper experiment model 20, a metal wire comprising a linear part and a middle U-shaped part 21b is attached to the supporting base 16 and the floor plate 2, and a response of the building model 1 to wind power is measured with a laser displacement gage 9 by blowing.
