<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction method, an auction system, and a server which meet sellers' desires other than prices. <P>SOLUTION: An auction seller selects desired one of time slide systems R1 to R6 from a terminal 30A and inputs a due date to an input column S1. For example, in a due date advance system, a person who presents the earliest transaction date before the time limit is a successful bidder. The auction seller designates concrete contents (payment, receipt of goods, etc.) of the transaction date which the auction seller desires to the successful bidder with respect to payment and delivery of goods. These auction condition data are transmitted to a server 21 through a network, and the server 21 collects auction participants through a home page. The server 21 receives the presentations of transaction dates from the terminals of participants and defines a participant who has presented the transaction date most satisfactorily meeting a transaction period condition presented by the auction seller as a successful bidder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
