<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a highly convenient LSI is realized by enabling a user to program a logic circuit on the LSI in an extremely short period of time by making possible precise setting of signals on a final stage of a user system. <P>SOLUTION: In the LSI composed of a CPU 1, a flash memory 2 which is a nonvolatile memory, a programmable logic 3 which is a SRAM type FPGA, and a configuration circuit 4 in charge of a configuration operation, when resetting on of a power source, under control of the configuration circuit 4, construction data within the flash memory 2 are transferred to the programmable logic 3 to construct the logic circuit in the programmable logic 3, such that the circuit constructed in the programmable logic is used on early stage just after the turn-on of the power source is reset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
