<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing of a housing being one of components of a heating resistor type air flow-rate measuring device, and to reduce a cost of the heating resistor type air flow-rate measuring device by dispensing with a metal pipe which has been used in the past. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of molding the housing, pins are inserted in three directions. One of the insertion holes is blocked to form a ventilation hole, hence simplifying the manufacturing of the housing. The metal pipe which has been used in the past can be eliminated resulting in simplifying the manufacturing of the housing, reducing the number of components thereof, and reducing a cost of the heating resistor type air flow-rate measuring device. The ventilation hole can be equipped with a means for performing ventilation between a connector and a case wherein an electronic circuit board is located. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
