PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To play back a plurality of video contents in real-time order. SOLUTION: In image pickup devices 102-105, a mark specifying an image pickup block is added to a photographed image during photographing and stored in a storage 106. A mark detector 107 detects the mark in the video contents, and a time map creating device 108 creates a time map by mapping the marks of the video contents along with the time base. A play-back program creating device 109 creates a play-back program from the time map.
