MULTISTAGE COIL MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT, MULTIPLE STEP COIL AND TRANSFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for manufacturing a coil at a low cost by effectively reducing futility in both a material cost and working man-hours and further automating the manufacturing of a multiple step coil, and to provide a multi-stage coil and a transformer. SOLUTION: The equipment for manufacturing the multi-stage coil formed by winding a flat electric wire 41 is provided with a rolling portion 11 having a pair of pressing structurals 14, 15 which face the board thickness direction of the cable 41 and clamp the cable 41 so as to roll it; a stock portion 21 having a striking plate 22 for receiving the rolled cable 41; a pressing structural controller 3 for controlling clamping angles of the pressing members 14, 15; and a striking plate controller for controlling the position of the striking plate 22.
