PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and an electronic apparatus that prevent lowering of current flowing to the light-emitting element and have an excellent display quality. SOLUTION: A cathode wiring 13 connected to the cathode 12 is provided on the outside of an effective region 2a provided with a plurality of picture elements 103R, G, and B having a light-emitting element so as to surround the effective region 2a, and a first to a third power supply cables 103G, 103B and 103R connected to a picture element electrode are provided between the cathode wiring 13 and the effective region 2a.
