PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a device of an antitheft object, wherer the device of the antitheft object is placed on a seat plate for fixing installed on a floor, by inserting an insertion mechanism provided with a cover plate covering the front and slightly the side of the device into the seat plate for fixing to be fixed by a cover plate lock mechanism provied at the back side, so as to cover the front and a gap of the device of the antitheft object for preventing theft by destruction; and to facilitate installation and relocation. SOLUTION: The antitheft device is provided with the seat plate for fixing to mount the device of the antitheft object, the insertion mechanism provided with the cover surrounding the front and slightly the side of the device, and the lock mechanism provided at the back side of the seat plate for fixing to lock and fix when the insertion mechanism is inserted into an insertion socket of the seat plate for fixing.
