PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion which has excellent film-forming properties at low temperatures and gives a film having good adhesion to a lowly polar resin material and heat sealability and having both water resistance and alkali resistance. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion contains a polyolefin resin having an unsaturated carboxylic acid component content of 0.01 to below 5 mass % and a tackifying component. The ratio of the polyolefin resin to the tackifying component is 97/3 to 55/45 in terms of a ratio by solids mass. Its 50% number-average particle diameter is 0.1μm or smaller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
