<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the drive signal frequencies half for a CCD matched filter and the number of electrodes arranged transversely. <P>SOLUTION: The matched filter comprises a plurality of a couple of driving electrodes that are laid side by side, and first and second CCDs 10, 20 of a two phases driving type into which an identical signal is input to be transferred. Each couple of the driving electrodes of the first CCD 10 is driven by the two phases driving signal, and that of the second CCD 20 is driven by a driving signal with a reversed phase of the driving signal of each couple in the first CCD 10. With each electrode serving as a detection electrode, difference between a summing signal detected by the detection electrode corresponding to a logical value "1" of a spread code and that detected by the detection electrode corresponding to "0" of the same is defined as a detection signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
