PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplying method and a supply device for a mold-releasing film, which efficiently prevent the creases of a mold releasing film 5, which are generated on the surface 4 of a mold in the resin-sealed molding mold 1 of a mold-releasing film supplying device 6, before using. SOLUTION: In the case of winding the mold-releasing film 5, by combining an extending mechanism 10B of a winding unit 8 for the mold releasing film supplying device 6 and a narrowing mechanism 11 of the same, the extended film 5 after being used is stretched outward by the extending mechanism 10B, having a small-diameter configuration at the central part of the same from the central part of the width direction of the same; then the film is stretched toward the central part of widthwise direction by the narrowing mechanism 11, having a large-diameter configuration at the central part of the same, to combine a predetermined tension toward the send-out direction of the film 5 and a predetermined tension toward the width direction of the narrowing mechanism, whereby the film 5 is suspended efficiently and is stretched thereby efficiently, preventing the generation of creases in the film 5 before using the same on the mold surface 4 of the molding mold 1.
