PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire wheel assembly and a run-flat supporter capable of improving durability during ran-flat travelling. SOLUTION: In the tire wheel assembly, a pneumatic tire 2 is fitted to the rim 1 of a wheel, and the run-flat supporter 3, comprising an annular shell 4 having leg parts 4b along both sides of the supporting surface 4a while bulging the supporting surface 4a to the outer peripheral side, and an elastic ring 5 supporting the leg parts 4b of the annular shell 4 on the rim 1, is inserted into the hollow part of the pneumatic tire 2.
