PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep maintenance and environment at the time of the electrolytic treatment of wastewater and to enable efficient treatment having a deodorizing effect. SOLUTION: This wastewater treatment apparatus has: an electrolytic flocculation apparatus, which is equipped with an electrolytic cell 1 housing wastewater, a pair of soluble electrodes 3 and 4 arranged in the electrolytic cell 1 and equipped with an energizing means 5 for applying a current across both electrodes; and a floating separation apparatus equipped with an electrolytic cell 10 housing the treated water supplied from the electrolytic cell 1, a pair of insoluble electrodes 12 and 13 arranged in the electrolytic cell 10, an energizing means 14 for supplying a current across the electrodes, a floc collection part 16 for collecting floating floc, and a drain part 17 for discharging wastewater from which floc is separated.
