PURPOSE: A structure for mounting an under cover of a vehicle is provided to prevent an end of a bolt or a nut from being protruded out of the lower surface of the under cover even though the under cover is mounted to the lower of a floor panel, accordingly to improve appearance, and to increase the mounting efficiency of the under cover by preventing the breakdown of the bolt or the nut if the under cover contacts to a road surface. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting an under cover(20) to the lower of a floor panel(10) of a vehicle includes a bent unit(21) formed at the under cover and bent upward at a predetermined depth. The upside of the bent unit and the lower side of the floor panel are mutually surface-contacted and combined by a combining member(12). The combining member is a bolt and the end of the bolt is not protruded out of the under cover but positioned in the bent unit.
