METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DELIVERING CONTENT ON NETWORK AND PROGRAM FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery device which allows a deliverer to deliver contents delivered from each content server on the condition of paying monthly contract money or the like and enables a user to utilize many kinds of contents at a low cost.

SOLUTION: A delivery device 3 receives provision of contents from content servers 41 to 4n and provides the contents to the user through the Internet 5. The user and the deliverer are allowed to access the servers at a fixed amount of contract charge independently of the number of contents utilized. The delivery device 3 totals a frequency in access to each contents from the user as log information to calculate a frequency in access to contents. Compensation for delivery which the deliverer should pay to a holder is calculated on the basis of the frequency in access in the limit below the total amount of contract charge obtained from the user.
