PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective management system for buildings making unattended management possible by automating the way contact is made upon the occurrence of an accident in a building.

SOLUTION: The collective management system for buildings has a collective management center for the centralized management of a plurality of buildings. The collective management center D has an automatic addressee setting table TAB1 in which the numbers of portable terminals owned by personnel at an addressee are stored for each building. In the event of an accident in any of the buildings, the name of the building where the accident has occurred is reported to the portable terminals owned by the personnel set in the table.
