<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the efficient management of business activity by rapid and timely collection of activity reports from individual person in charge. <P>SOLUTION: Elders and persons in charge associate schedule business details to be executed of individual person in charge with completion schedule time in advance by using terminals 30, 40 for storing, as schedule information, at a schedule management/activity report database 12 in an activity management server 10. The person in charge transmits activity reports on the scheduled business from a portable terminal 20 to the activity management server 10 when schedule business is completed when one is away from home. The activity management server 10 calculates the number of points (the smaller the difference is, the larger the number of points is, and the person in charge can obtain higher evaluation) according to the size of the difference between the received time of the activity reports and the completion schedule time by referring to a point rule database 14 or the like, stores it at an activity evaluation database 13, and automatically distributes the activity reports to the related elders or the like according to the setting of a distribution rule database 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
