PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently radiate heat from electronic equipment accompanied by heat generation or an electronic part mounted on the electronic equipment without making assembling, or the like, of a heat radiation structure difficult. SOLUTION: The controller for controlling a game machine is provided with: the electronic equipment (a liquid crystal control board 100) mounting a first electronic part (an IC (integrated circuit) 101A) and a second electronic part (an IC101B) respectively with heat generation on them; and a heat radiation member (a heat sink 64) for radiating heat from the first electronic part and the second electronic part mounted on the electronic equipment. The first electronic part and the second electronic part have different outer shapes, and thermally conductive members (made of silicon rubber 66A and 66B), respectively having different outer shapes are interposed between the first electronic part and the heat radiation member and between the second electronic part and the heat radiation member, thereby the first electronic part, the second electronic part, and the heat radiation member are brought into contact with each other.
