<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network service system for transferring points relating to one service to points relating to another service. <P>SOLUTION: Database 18 and 20 store point information by associating it with user IDs. A game server 16 provides a game service to a user, while updating the point information stored in the database 20 such that the points of the user corresponding to the user ID are reduced.
