<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin terminal for use in a printed circuit board, capable of reducing the number of components used in an entire connector and miniaturizing the entire connector, and being used by itself, and to provide a pressing connector using it. <P>SOLUTION: This pin-type terminal is provided with a cylinder 3, a spring 4 stored in the cylinder, a contact pin 5 slidably supported in a conductive state while having a tip protruded from one end side of the cylinder part by being energized by the spring, and connecting parts 22 to make the cylinder electrically connect to a contact terminal provided by printed wiring on a printed circuit board. The connecting parts 22 are disposed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder part on the periphery of the cylinder part, and are provided with a plurality of connecting protrusions 23a, 23b protruding in the same direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cylinder. Protruded side end surfaces of the connecting protrusions 23a, 23b serve as parallel installing connection surfaces 24 which can be connected to the contact terminal 21a by soldering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
