PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel of light weight being easily carried and handled, and remarkably reducing the cost. SOLUTION: The meandering hot-water piping 12 is mounted inside of a base member 11. A heat conductive member 13 of good conductivity is closely fixed to upper faces of the hot-water piping 12 and the base member 11. The heat conductive member 13 is composed of a metallic foil with adhesive. As this panel is not provided with a conventional heavy heat conductive member of iron sheet which is hard to be carried, the handling and the workability of the floor heating panel 10 can be improved. The heat conductive member 13 has a mark 14 at a position separated from the hot-water piping 12. Whereby the accident such that the hot-water piping 12 mounted under the heat conductive member 13 is damaged by a nail and the like, can be prevented before happens. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
