The semi-trailer has a flat bed platform (3) to be connected to the tractor and a loading platform (4) connected to the flat bed platform through parallel rod linkage. The adjoining ends of the two platforms are formed as axial tubes (9, 10) which are connected together for articulated movement through at least one coupling part (20,21) with rotary sleeves (16 - 19). The facing axial tubes can be additionally connected at the ends through at least one parallelogram linkage (30, 31).
