<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise of a compressor in a compression type heat pump for compressing a refrigerant to pump a heat. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump 20 includes an expansion valve 21 (expansion means) for pressure-reducing water of a liquid phase drawn from a lower side of a hot water storage tank 10, an evaporator 22 (evaporation means) for evaporating the water after its pressure is reduced, and the compressor 23 (compressing means) connected to this evaporator 22. The compressor 23 operates to suck and to pressurize a water vapor and a liquid phase water from the evaporator 22, to condense the vapor during pressurizing to a liquid single phase, and to then discharge the condensed vapor to an upper side of the tank 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
