PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an auto-sampler commonly among a plurality of analytical flow passages, and to allow easy restoration even when plugging is generated in a sample injection flow passage of the auto-sampler. SOLUTION: An auto-sampler 20 is used commonly among analytical flow passages 2-1 to 2-n. Switching valves 24 and 26 are provided respectively between the auto-sampler 20 and the analytical flow passages 2-1 to 2-n, and between liquid feed pumps 22a, 22b and the auto-sampler 20, and a switching valve 26 conducts switching between a flow passage 28a for communicating a mobile phase with a sample injection needle of the auto-sampler 20, and a flow passage 28b communicated with the switching valve 24. When the plugging is generated in the flow passage of the auto-sampler 20, the mobile phase is made to flow from the flow passage 28a or the flow passage 28b at a high speed to remove the plugging.
