LAP-ROOFING STRUCTURE FOR PLAIN TILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lap-roofing structure for a plain tile, which can enhance waterproofness while reducing a lap margin, in terms of the plain tile laid in a lapped manner by using a tile fixing fitting. SOLUTION: In this lap-roofing structure for the plain tile (1), a back end of the lower plain tile (1) is fixed to a roof substrate material with the tile fixing fitting (3) by means of a screw; a tip part of the upper plain tile (1) is held by being inserted into the fitting (3); the plain tile (1) is provided with a waterproof rib part (11) which continues in a lateral direction along the back end of the plain tile (1); the fitting (3) is provided with a rib hooking part (33) which is to be hooked on the rib part (11) of the plain tile (1); and the hooking part (33) is hooked on the rib part (11) in the fixation of the plain tile (1) by the screw.
