摘要 PURPOSE: A structure for preventing misalignment of a discharge cover for a reciprocating compressor is provided to prevent misalignment of a cylinder and wear and frictional noise of a piston generated thereby in advance by preventing misalignment of a discharge cover when the discharge cover is coupled. CONSTITUTION: At least two coupling grooves(1a) are formed on a frame(1) to allow a discharge cover(110) to be coupled by bolts. Bolt holes(112a,112b,112c) are formed on the discharge cover correspondingly with the coupling groove of the frame to allow the bolts to pass. At least one of the bolt holes is formed in long hole shape. Diameter(L2) of a minor axis of the long hole shaped bolt hole is approximately same with diameter(L1) of the coupling groove. Diameter of the bolt hole placed diagonally to the long hole shaped bolt hole is formed smaller than the diameters of the bolt holes except for the long hole shaped bolt hole, and to be approximately same with the diameter of the coupling groove of the frame.
