<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor with a self-diagnostic function capable of precisely diagnosing soundness of the sensor in the operation state by the self-diagnostic function of the gas sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor is equipped with a gas detection means comprising the gas sensor 5 for detecting an abnormal gas inside a vessel in a gas insulating electrical apparatus for storing an apparatus element in the vessel filled with an insulating gas, and is provided with a gas supply means for self-diagnosis comprising a gas generation device 21 for supplying a prescribed gas such as HF gas corresponding to the abnormal gas as a detection object for the gas detection means comprising the gas sensor 5 to the gas detection means comprising the gas sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
