PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module which can execute connection operation rapidly and readily by a simple constitution when an external connecting terminal and an external terminal are connected by using terminal connecting bolt and nut. SOLUTION: The power module is provided with a power circuit part 2, a heat dissipation member 3 wherein the power circuit part 2 is arranged and an insulating case 4 fixed to the heat dissipation member 3 to cover the power circuit part 2. An external connection terminal 5 is formed, which projects to the outside of the insulating case 4 along almost in a normal line direction of a circuit arranged surface 3a from it with an end part of a specific bus bar 20a contained in the power circuit part 2 bent and raised. In the external connection terminal 5, a bolt through hole 50 for passing a bolt B through for connecting the terminal 5 and an external terminal of a wire harness W. In the insulating case 4, a nut holding part 6 for holding a hexagon nut N, with which the bolt B passed through the bolt through hole 50 is screwed between it and the external connection terminal 5, is formed in a position facing the external connection terminal 5 projecting from the case 4.
