<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial product advantageous to a common customer in a low interest rate situation. <P>SOLUTION: Pieces of transaction price information of commodities in commodity exchanges across the country are constantly and continuously grasped, and each delivery month price difference of transaction concluded prices of the same commodity at the same point of time and its price difference profit ratio are comparatively displayed. An investment method and price difference information are provided to a customer wherein a commodity that is low in a near-term and high in a far-term is selected from those with a high price difference profit ratio, the near-term commodity is bought and the far-term commodity is sold at the same point of time, the whole contract price is prepared on a transaction settlement date of the near-term commodity and actual commodities are received as a warehouse receipt, they are left as they are in a warehouse, and the warehouse receipt of the actual commodities is handed over to receive a contract price on a transaction settlement date of the far-term commodity.
