PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus wherein a display side casing can be kept at an optional position. SOLUTION: The mobile electronic apparatus includes: a cam shaft provided with a cam; an opposed cam having a cam face placed at one end, a slide cam, the case, a first compression spring energizing the slide cam in an axial direction; a pushbutton key provided with a cam locking claw engaging with the cam placed inside the opposed cam via an insertion hole provided to a flange of the cam shaft; a second compression spring placed between the flange of the cam shaft and the flange of the pushbutton key and energizing the pushbutton key in the axial direction; and a locking means fitted to the end of the cam shaft projected from a hole of the case.
