PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator consisting of a tungsten heavy alloy of high quality free from corrosion in which a nickel plating layer having corrosion resistance so as to withstand high temperature-high moisture testing conditions stipulated in IEC (International Electrochemical Committee)-68-2-30 on the surface, and which is incorporated into a portable telephone or the like. SOLUTION: The nickel plating layer 2 consists of at least two or more layers 2a, 2b and 2c. In this case, the nickel plating layer 2a by an electroless plating method is formed particularly as the first layer, and the nickel plating layers 2b and 2c by either method selected from electroless plating and electroplating are formed as the second or upper layers. Jointly, heat treatment is performed to the nickel plating layer 2, so that the objective oscillator 1 is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
