PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module the filtration efficiency of which is made more excellent by improving the dispersibility of hollow fiber membranes much more. SOLUTION: This hollow fiber membrane module is obtained by housing a bundle 2 of hollow fiber membranes in a cylindrical case 1, dispersing both ends of the bundle 2 by a dispersing means and fixing the dispersed ends adhesively by using a resin. The dispersing means of the bundle 2 consists of rings 7 to be arranged on the inner wall side of each of both ends of the case 1 and a plurality of pins 8, 8' or plates 18, 19 to be hung across the rings 7.
