<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield while mounting components by realizing at least one of the securing of punching precision, the improvement in punching precision, and the improvement in the mounting position correction of components. <P>SOLUTION: A component 5 is produced by successively punching a component part 5a having a reference mark 12 at a predetermined punching position 3 while conveying a component material 2 to a longitudinal direction, and to carry the produced component 5 to a predetermined mounting position 21 while positioning it based on the reference mark 12, and to recognize the deviation of the component 5 from the punching position 3 based on the reference mark 12, and to decide whether or not the deviation is within an allowable range, and to stop the production of the component 5 when the deviation exceeds the allowable range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
