PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker arm capable of positively supplying a lubricating oil between a valve stem and a supporting part. SOLUTION: The rocker arm 1 has a U-shaped cross-section consisting of a bottom 101 and a pair of side walls 102 and continuing from one end in a longitudinal direction to the other end. The arm 1 has, on the side wall 102 in a central part 103, a bearing part 12 having a pair of axial holes 121 for installing a main shaft 211 of a roller 21, and on one end, the supporting part 11 for supporting the valve stem 31 of a valve 3, and on the other end, a mounting part 13 to be mounted on a pivot 4 functioning as a center of swinging. A lubricating oil sump 14 is provided in the bottom 101 of the central part 103, and an oil hole 141 for supplying the lubricating oil 5 between the value stem 31 and the supporting part 11 is formed in the oil sump 14.
