PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficiency and the extension of the life of a filter which has inefficiency in filtration and counter pressure washing caused by clogging with a simple apparatus. SOLUTION: A flange is attached to a part not being vibrated by a horn as a means for transmitting the vibration of supersonic waves inside a sealed container. This enables transmission of the vibration only to a filter element inside thereof without transmitting it to the container in a perforation part. Fluid of large particle diameter which interferes with passing is moved, and reduced in viscosity, or fluid of small particle diameter which interferes with crushing and passing is effectively filtered. Furthermore, in the same way as the counter pressure washing, particles deposited to the filter are easily separated and discharged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
