PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack which can easily be attached between a rack and the kitchen table provided in the kitchen and detached from there without obstructing longitudinal members prolonged lengthwise. SOLUTION: The rack 100 to be placed between the kitchen table 121 and the rack 122 is provided with: a pair of lateral members 105 which each comprises a cross member 102 having a hook 101 which can be hooked to the bottom plate 124 of the rack 122 on its one end and extending in the direction of a back surface from the front face of the rack 122, a longitudinal member 103 which extends in a vertical direction from the other end of the cross member 102 and whose lower end 103a reaches the kitchen table 121 and an arm member 104 projecting forward from the prescribed position of the longitudinal member 103; and a board 106 to be placed on a pair of the arm members 104.
