MORBIDITY MODEL ANIMAL FOR STY AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a morbidity model animal for an external eye infection and to provide a method for preparation of the same. SOLUTION: The method for preparation of morbidity model animal for sty comprises palpebral subconjuctival seeding of bacteria suspended in an aqueous casamino acids solution containing silica gel to the animal and inducing infection. The sty morbidity lagamorphs is prepared in the method. The morbidity model animal for sty which is an infectious disease of the external eye is obtained in the method and efficacy assessment of an antimicrobial is carried out more exactly by using the model animal for sty.
