FAUCETS WITH BUILT-IN PRE-SELECTOR OF TEMPERATURE

This invention provides built in pre-selector of temperature in faucets and there will be absolutely no change in temperature when flow is varied and vice versa. Two devises for pre-selection of temperature are disclosed in this invention, first being a co-axial mixer 6a01 and second, a parallel mixer 6f01 (not shown). Fig-6a Part of Fig-6 given details of device. The device uses pre selector of temperature (PrST) (04) having holes (02, 03) with dual option (Configured holes for first quality and circular holes for second quality of performance.) and flow controller (FC) (09). The PrST and FC are devised to rotate by hand by a pre-determined angle in desired ranges. Temperature can be pre selected by rotation against graduations on knob (07) of PrST. There is provision to limit maximum temperature by restricting rotation of knob on PrST in minimum three steps. In case of bathroom taps, (BRTs,) one knob can supply mixed water to spout, hand shower or top shower in turn or simultaneously. BRTs with modular construction can be manufactured where in, tap can be taken out or pushed in to a grouted box using a screw driver. Spout head for top shower/kitchen sink tap can give four types of jets with and with out pulsation totaling eight options. The invention provides benefits of electronic pre-selectors of temperature and pressure equalizers for each tap at no additional installations or cost. Enclosed photo shows prototype of a WBT-afet type tap manufactured which age results expected.
