The fixture device is for a securing belt (1) of a shoulder or pelvic belt of a three point safety belt on a seat in a road vehicle. The securing belt is connectable with a retention belt system of belts or nets used for securing objects. A ring (3) is provided, which has a longitudinal extent and an openining gap (4) for introduction of the pelvic or shoulder belt. A closure component (5) is provided, with which the opening gap can be closed after the insertion of the belt. Snap link hooks are used to fix the securing belt to the ring or the ring to the securing belt.
