PURPOSE: A specialized consulting performing device and method liked with consultants of each specialized field on an on-line and a recording medium thereof are provided to enable a requester to receive a special consulting through one's computer by connecting special consultants of each field to a main server using a consulting computer and the Internet, and connecting the main server to the computer of the requester. CONSTITUTION: A requester connects to a management consulting site of a main server through an on-line(S100). The requester inputs order contents on an on-line and requests an inquiry(S110). The order contents are received, and estimate cost data and information requested data as to the order contents are transmitted(S120). The requester inputs an approval command as to the cost and a data request and transmits cost payment command data and information data through an on-line(S130). The order contents are analyzed and data are investigated based on the transmitted data(S140). A corresponding special consultant analyzes the order contents, suggests a solution, creates the result thereof, and completes consulting data(S150). Result contents data are transmitted to the requester on an on-line(S160).
