<p>Previous non stock frying pans suffer from the ability to scratch the coating off with metal cooking utensils. The non stick surface is now provided by a hard layer of oxide at least 20 and preferably 40-50 mu thick produced on an aluminium frying pan by anodisation at preferably below 10 degrees C. and 20-70 volts.</p> |
