PURPOSE:To allow the axis of dies to coincide with the angle of running a wire rod and to facilitate attachment of the dies by protruding a shaft from the balance arm of a dies support body; supporting the shaft with a bearing; and placing a balance weight to the tip of the arm. CONSTITUTION:When the angle of running wire rod 17 is leaned by vibration of rod 17 passing through dies 16 during a plating process, dies support body 11 inclines and the line of action frictional force F separates from the axis of shaft 12, forming moment against shaft 12. Accordingly, body 11 moves along notch 7 of stay 5, the dies axis coincides with the rod running direction, and leaning of dies 16 and rod 17 is eliminated. This device of dies 16 is only screwed to dies holder 9 to set the predetermined positional relation between dies 16 and shaft 12. By engaging bearing 13 to recess 8 of stay 5 to support body 11 with stand 6, the angle of the dies axis, and the upper and lower positions can be set arbitrarily, and hence the dies can be attached in a short time. |
