PURPOSE: An electronic device is provided to reduce a clearance between such a body as a frame member and a movable member. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device comprises a frame member(14,18) attached to a front part of a device body; a movable member(20) accommodated inside the frame member; and a driving unit for moving the movable member. The movable member is rotated around a first shaft. An initial movement from an accommodation position of the movable member by the driving unit has a movement component in a forward direction with respect to the device body at a position of the first shaft and a position of a front end which is opposite to the first shaft.
