BAKING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A baking machine is provided to limit excessive movement of a movable tray member and to reduce noise generated by a hit with a fixing tray member when the movable tray member moves and returns to its initial state. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine comprises: a main body for forming an oven chamber having a front opening; a door for opening and closing the front opening; a fixing tray member(24) horizontally installed in the oven chamber; and a movable tray member(22), configured to be arranged in the front of the fixing tray member(24) and to be relatively movable to the fixing tray member(24), for forming a bread receiving unit with the fixing tray member(24).
