PURPOSE: To provide a biodegradable polyester resin composition having excellent antistatic functions obtained by imparting antistatic functions to a biodegradable, polyester-based polymer or resin, particularly to a polylactic acid, and to provide a film, a sheet or a molded article. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of the biodegradable polyester resin and 0.2-5 pts. wt. of the total of (A) a glycerin fatty acid monoester and (B) an alkylsulfonic acid salt as the antistatic agents.
