PURPOSE: A theft prevention method of a vehicle attachable image device is provided to effectively prevent the theft accident of the vehicle attachable image device by automatically outputting the alarm sound or message to inform the generation of the theft accident. CONSTITUTION: A theft prevention method of a vehicle attachable image device includes a first step of detecting whether a station fixedly installed on a vehicle is divided the connection terminals of the vehicle attachable image device(200) or not; and a second step of outputting the alarm sound or message to inform a signal of the theft accident(200) when the connection terminals is separated.
